We are located in Canada so items to Canada will be shipped from Ontario.  There is sales tax for items sold in Canada.
There will never be duty on items in USA
Sales tax is remitted by eBay automatically for many states.
We drive all items to USA and ship from Lewiston, NY weekly.
We found it is faster and more reliable to wait up to a week to ship from USA rather than into USA from Canada.
