Tom Waits - Small Change - Record Album - Cover has minor rubbing, sleeve has tape on the slits on all sides; record is excellent, plays fine. Rated VG+

VG+ cover has some rubbing and may have a minor slit; jacket has minor slits to sides; record plays just fine, but does have some minor surface scratches or rubbing to the paper. 

I am listing quite a few records in the VG+ category. I am only a novice at record grading, so I am hoping I am accurate. They were stored for many years and the covers have deteriorated a little. The records have been played and show signs of minor surface scratches. They all have been tested and found to play well. 

Please excuse the glare on the photos. It was very sunny and the overhead lights, it was hard to avoid.
