This is an overall fine copy from a 1978 U.S. reissue of the sixth LP by the Grateful Dead, originally released in 1970. Along with its immediate predecessor, Workingman’s Dead, the record marks the group's transition from Haight-Ashbury godfathers to underground country-rockers. This shift is epitomized by the LP's closer and one of the group's signature songs, the single "Truckin'." The jacket has corner, spine, seam, and edge wear; ring wear (light on the back cover); and creasing and rippling in the front cover slick along the spine (VG+). The disc is clean with some light scuffing, and plays with some light surface noise -- EX(+). The record comes with the original label inner sleeve.
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
