NEW James Taylor - Flag (180g Ltd. Ed. Numbered MFSL Audiophile Vinyl LP 2011)
James Taylor followed his double-platinum Columbia Records label debut, JT, with this record. There are covers of the Beatles' "Day Tripper" and the Drifters' "Up on the Roof," a remake of Taylor's own "Rainy Day Man," songs written for the Broadway musical Working, and a few new Taylor compositions. The usual brain trust (producer Peter Asher), and the usual backup team (Danny "Kootch" Kortchmar, Dan Grolnick, Leland Sklar, Russ Kunkel) were on board, so sit back and enjoy!
This is a Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab record. MFSL (or MOFI) stands out as one of few record labels that independently invests in research and development of audio technology.  It has been the undisputed pioneer and leader in audiophile recordings since the company's inception in 1977. Mobile Fidelity's first and foremost goal is to offer faithfully reproduced high fidelity recordings that would complement the numerous advances occurring in audio delivery systems. Have no doubt. You will hear the difference!
