VINYL GRADES

NM High gloss with no noticeable marks.

EX has high gloss but may have a single surface imperfection on AT LEAST one side that is visible on close inspection.

VG+ has high gloss with MINIMAL surface imperfections on AT LEAST one side that should not affect play (e.g., light sleeve scuffing).

VG retains some gloss but has MODERATE surface imperfections on AT LEAST one side that are visible on first glance and may affect play.

G has AT LEAST one of the following: a scratch that breaks the grooves, Very little gloss remaining, and/or Simply looks terrible.

PLEASE NOTE: For these listings, Vinyl Grades of VG will NOT have scratches that you can feel (unless specifically noted).  Rather, VG indicates moderate to significant sleeve scuffing or surface imperfections...It is being used as an "appearance" grade.  It is my opinion that my grading standards are more strict than Goldmine's.

SOUND GRADES

NM has no noise and the sound is crisp and full.

EX has no discernible noise but the sound is lacking the impressiveness of a NM disc.

VG+ has minimal background noise that is apparent when specifically listening for it and does not distract from the music in any way.

VG has some minor noise during play that is well below the level of the music and may be MINIMALLY distracting.

G has noise in a significant portion of the music that is clearly audible AND detracts from the enjoyment of the music (a "filler" record, but still with no skips or repeats unless specifically noted).

LABEL/COVER/SLEEVE GRADES

NM has no noticeable flaws.

EX has crisp and sharp colors, but minor flaws that do not detract from the overall appearance of the sleeve are present (such as light foxing, a very small tear or seam split less than 1/8", or a clean sticker).

VG+ is still a nice cover but has flaws that begin to distract (such as light ring wear, minor tears/seam splits > 1/8", colors may begin to fade, or discoloration due to age, clean writing and/or sticker, etc.

VG has imperfection(s) that one notices on first glance that distract from the appearance.

G has some sort of damage that will be described.

EVERYTHING offered will play through with NO skips or repeats unless specifically stated

Finally, I do not believe in using reserve prices.  I will list opening bids of the minimum I am willing to accept for a record.  If it's bid on, it is selling.
