RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS: 

We follow eBay's official returns policy. In summary: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns must include all items purchased, in original sale condition, with all original packaging. Original delivery costs will be refunded where items were defective, not as described, or damaged during shipping. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods reach us in their original sale condition. We will refund or re-credit you within 30 days of your request for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods.
