DISC CONDITION:  MINT / SEALED.

COVER CONDITION:  MINT / SEALED. There is a notch at the lower right corner and the Shrink is partially torn away in that area. I also note that the Shrink is completely separated along the top of the cover, however I do not believe the Cover has ever been out of the Shrink. There is a price sticker for $1.99, from Target.
