This is a still sealed Macola Records album #ESS G6001 titled East Side Story Gold Volume 1 from 1987. Songs on the album are "I Want You Back" (The Larks), "Baby Baby All the Time" (The Superbs), "My True Story" (The Jive Five), "Count Every Star" (The Rivieras), "To Be Loved" (The Pentagons), "Gee What A Guy" (Yvonne Carrol), "Those Oldies But Goodies" (Little Caesar), "We Belong Together" (Robert And Johnny), "Boo Hoo Hoo" (The Sa-Shays) and "Darling" (Phil and Harv). The cover has some slight wear only with small "dings" in the corners. There is a 1987 Trojan Music copyright date on the back cover. "The East Side Story volumes are dedicated to those who appreciate the "soul type" oldies" as per the liner notes on the back.
