My Vinyl records for sale are visually graded on the Goldmine basis of NM, VG+, VG. G and P. Often I will test one that requires investigation and mention any noticeable imperfections. Remember original vinyl records can be up to 60yrs old so one should not expect mint perfection and be prepared to accept light background noise/similar on some quiet parts. I avoid records with deep scratches/similar (P) unless they are rare. Picture sleeves are graded but not plain/unmatching/damaged sleeves.
