DESCRIPTION: Queen- News Of The World LP.  1st UK press with -1/-4 matrix , thick  gate-fold sleeve and die-cut inner.  Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double.

CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG+. Vinyl is clean with a nice dark sheen.  Played all of this tonight on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on turntable, Plays clear, vibrant, loud and clean with a couple of soft ticks and a trace of background sound in a couple of the very quietest passages on side 2. . Gatefold sleeve is in clean condition. It has not much more than light edgewear, moderate cornerwear and light creasing.  Very clean inside to gatefold.  Die-cut inner has a small tear to opening edge, 2 others to centre hole and no splits. Really clean labels. No writing, stickers or sticker tears. Check out the photos.

GRADING SYSTEM: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. 
I am just starting to sell off my very extensive record collection, built up over 40 years. I have hundreds of rarities in fantastic condition from many genres including blues, punk, metal, britpop, progressive, kraut, classic and hard rock.
