CONDITION (VINYL/SLEEVE): G/G+. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen and a few easily noticeable surface marks- please see photos 3 and 4. Played all of this a few times recently on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Side 1 plays pretty clean with just a few ticks , no skips or sticks. Side 2 plays through really well, just a few ticks. Again, no jumps or sticks and the music remains loud and prominent throughout. You will already know what a great album this is. Cover is in pretty clean condition. It is firm and square and has light to moderate edge wear , moderate corner wear and light creasing. It has a clear cellotape strip down the length of the spine, hence low grade. Name written inside of gatefold. Clean labels- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears.
I SELL AND POST WORLDWIDE AND ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE. PLEASE MESSAGE ME IF EBAY IS NOT ALLOWING YOU TO BUY OR IS NOT MAKING POSTAGE COSTS CLEAR.
GRADING SYSTEM: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades.
I am just starting to sell off my very extensive record collection, built up over 40 years. I have hundreds of rarities in fantastic condition from many genres including blues, punk, metal, britpop, progressive, kraut, classic and hard rock. Almost all of the records i list will be in at least VG+ condition. The only exceptions would be some extremely rare records. PLEASE ADD ME TO YOUR FAVOURITE SELLERS LIST.
