Up for Sale are 3(Three) Original 1970's Leonard Cohen Lp's!!!
All 3 Lp's themselves are in very nice condition,they do not need serious cleaning,just a very,very light cleaning to take some light dust off of them,nothing more. I would rate all 3 Lp's condition at a VG++,maybe higher,but for arguments sake I will say VG++.
The Covers I will downgrade all of them at a VG.Recent Songs and New Skin both look like they have coffee/water or some type of liquid stain on them either on the front or back of the cover.The Live Songs Lp Cover has a rip on the front top right of the cover,where I'm assuming a price sticker once was. The Good news is that none of the three covers has any serious rips,tears or hold punches and considering that all three are original and all three are over 40 years old that's a good thing to have.
