Gatefold cover sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition; the only flaw is some creasing/buckling of the inner gatefold, near the spine. This looks like a design/manufacturing flaw rather than the result of mis-handling or blunt-force trauma...see close up detail photo of inner gatefold.
