Dukes Of Dixieland Advertising Placard. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Media Mail. Placards like these were often nailed to telephone poles or placed in windows of businesses in the town or city where a band or other attraction would be performing. The top is blank so the name and place of the venue could be printed in. I am guessing this piece is from 1955 to 65ish, at the height of the Dukes popularity. It is certainly in used condition, but the the text, picture, and general condition is still good. The colors are vibrant. A great piece of music memorabilia that would look wonderful in a frame. Perfect for any music fan of Dixieland or jazz.
