This will be shipped in the condition that I receive it in from Twisted Records. The item will ship out factory sealed and unopened. 

I am not opening the product's factory packaging before shipment, thus I am not responsible or liable for any internal damage to the packaging, inner sleeve, booklets, or other such internal features of this product. Such damage can happen during transit from the record moving around internally, impacting, rubbing, or otherwise damaging the sleeve and other internal features.
