Grateful Dead - Blues for Allah LP. Includes Insert (see Scans) Greatfuld Dead Records
The Jacket has a cutout hole in the top left corner. The cover exhibits shelf wear, it is 45 years old, caused by several moves. The album is in excellent shape with a small scratch in the side one label, but it does not cut in the record groove. I have owned this album since it was new.
