The cover shows wear as can be seen in the photos, but there are no split seams, or stains on either side..
The inner paper sleeve has a split lower seam, but is otherwise clean.
The vinyl looks like it was never played ,and is like new. I usually test play the records I sell, but this one is too nice.
I bought it along with other records from a collector's estate without a certificate of authenticity, so I don't know if the signature is
genuine.
