Album Cover has wear to corners, light creases, some discoloration from age, and writing on the back, which is pictured. Inner sleeve has a small tear at the top, and has split open at the bottom edge. Other 2 sides are just beginning. Record is very clean on both sides, with the exception of a light scratch on Side ONE. The paper around the center spindle hole on Side TWO has raised or "bubbled" a little.
