VAN HALEN - 5150 - 1986 Vinyl LP Record - 25394-1 - WARNER BROS w/ INNER SLEEVE I am not sure how records are graded I do know I bought this when it was first released in the 80's I am the only owner and the only one who ever played it which was not very frequent Only because I put it on cassette and just stored it The condition of the cover looks as if the plastic has just been removed The record itself appears almost perfect
