Out of the Maelstrom of World War II emerged one of the most gifted cancers cantor's of the present generation Solomon Gisser... Born -1918 Poland, cradle of Hebrew liturgical music, Young Gisser. . Received an intensive traditional education and the YISHIVOT of his native land as a youth, exhibiting, a talent for music age 8 he was voice - soloist with one of the most renowned Cantor's in lodz.. Poland later at Heidelberg in Germany officiated as a Cantor in Heidelberg, Manheim, Holland, France, making numerous appearances as radio and concert artists in Western Europe... in spite of the hardship it ships which he experienced in the last years of second world war, never less maintaining a high standard for his musical studies. Since his arrival in Canada early 1952, has conducted services at the Shaare Zion congregation .. well known for his variegated baritone voice a wide range of lyric dramatic operatic areas, folk songs, liturgical music.. Always interested in the community contributed his services to a large number of organizations Montreal area... the rest you can read off of the back cover along with the listing of the program side one side two...

I have boxes of secular music... many from the teens to the twenties to 45 s... some of it's pretty friable... just paper sleeves-- most of this stuff there is no data , it doesn't even show up on discogs.. no sleeves-- some of the later ones do have Illustrated sleeves...
