Visual --The cover is in VG  condition with a bend in the lower left corner. There is a tiny notch on the right edge near the bottom corner. the spine and bottom seam have wear, no splitting.  Record--- EXCELLENT condition.  Audio -- Both sides are in VG + condition with very minimal background noise.
