Using Goldmine Grading Standards:
This is VG+ to NM-. The outer sleeve is still in shrinkwrap (although on the back the shrink has been pulled away partially). The vinyl has some very light marks. I don't hear any noise upon listening. The outer sleeve has no major issues I can see beyond light wear at the opening where the shrinkwrap is gone. Generic inner sleeve.
