After going through the whole of the manufacturing process, it was realised immediately prior to shipping that all 1,818 copies of this disc had the incorrect catalogue number - it should have been OG 9626
As a result 1000 copies were sold to a record dealer, 800 were destroyed and the remaining 18 were privately distributed.
