Welcome to our vinyl auctions. We are listing over 50000 records over the course of the next 12 months. 
We only grade visually. This is really important when you consider bidding on our items. 
The Records We are in a fortunate position whereby we received 50k records recently. We are not record collectors or music lovers. We are just turning these records over asap in group auctions. We are aiming to do a few hundred at a time and as our selling allowances increase we will increase the amount of records listed. 
Record Grading As mentioned we are not record collectors so we try to use the record collectors book as a guide to grading. We only grade visually. This is really important when you consider bidding on our items. We will make comments on the record sleeve and the vinyl itself.  Anything totally obvious to us will be noted on the listing. We dont clean any of the records but likewise wouldnt sell anything in disgusting condition. At most they will require a dusting. Anything more will be noted.
Postage inc overseas We offer free postage in the UK. This is using RM non tracked 2nd class service. If you want to insure your parcel or receive it quicker then please add the option for tracked which will be £3 extra.  For international postage we charge £15 to Europe and £25 to ROW (excluding Russia and S America). These are the prices from the Post Office. We dont make any money on these. We will not send overseas non tracked unless you have history with us or you wish to contact us first. Our decision is final.  We will not send records to Russia or South America. The postal system is too slow and it causes us nothing but issues. You can contact me on here if you have a request but please dont be offended if we choose not to send to these places.
Import Duty Please note if you are overseas and your parcel incurs an import tax this is your responsibility. Please bare this in mind before bidding on the item. These costs can sometimes be quite high. We will not get involved in disputes regarding the import duty of records.
Postage insurance All UK mail is sent non insured. We buy our postage online so have proof of posting if there is an issue. We recommend you use the £3 extra for tracked service. For international buyers we only send tracked (unless there is an agreement in place)
Postage time frames We will endeavor to get all the music out in 3 working days of the end of auction. We normally wait until the last record has finished for those who wish to purchase multiple items.  The Virus has had a severe impact on the postal system so please be patient. I assure you the parcel is on its way. We normally always use RM but reserve the right to use another service at any point. We will only use the good ones! 
Returns Returns are accepted. The buyer pays the return postage.  We request every record be returned before a refund is actioned.
The important bit... We are fair guys... we have been selling online (non records) for many years in our everyday job. We never expected to receive such a huge amount of records,cds and tapes. Mistakes can and will happen. If you contact us... have a chat im pretty sure everything can be sorted out. I'm available to be contacted on Ebay message service at any time. I do have a full time job so please don't get upset if i don't reply immediately.
