After Theodore Roosevelt worked tirelessly to get his best friend, William Howard Taft elected president Roosevelt came back from an extended trip to Africa and came to believe that Taft was doing a terrible job. He mounted a campaign against him informed what most considered to be the first viable third-party. The bull moose party. Named for Roosevelts undying spirit and vigor. This recording was released during the campaign in 1912.
This 12” recorded political speech is a true piece of history.
