Vinyl is in a great condition and would be perfect with a good record brush or clean. There is some dust on both sides of the record, but is in excellent condition otherwise. Comes with its original printed paper sleeve in pretty good condition. No rips or tears. Some light creasing. The record cover still has shrink wrap covering most of the record and is cut on the opening to access the record. This album is a gatefold, but I cannot open it without removing the shrink wrap. The record cover is in a near perfect condition.
