Using Goldmine Grading Standards:
The vinyl is VG. The vinyl has plenty of light marks but I didn't hear much noise upon listening. There are some written marks on the label. The outer sleeve is VG- to VG There is wear (and a $1 sticker) on the front. The biggest issue is the bottom edge - it shows wear but no splits. Generic plastic sleeve is here.
