Antonio Carlos Jobim (1927-1994) was a Brazilian songwriter, composer, arranger, singer, pianist, and guitarist. He was also known simply as Tom Jobim. Jobim was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1991. Jobim and Vinicius de Moraes are considered the co-founders of Bossa Nova.
The cover shows normal age-related wear with some plastic coating peeling away from the front and rear covers. The record appears to be in very good condition. Plays fine with no skips. Previously owned by a professional musician who took great care of his record collection.
