DESCRIPTION:  Black Sabbath - Sabbath Bloody Sabbath LP.  Original complete 1st UK pressing with 1Y1 1 2 5/ 2Y1 1 1 7 matrix and gatefold sleeve with no border inside and "Manufactured and Printed in England" to rear. Flat labels with silver print and delicate printed inner lyric sleeve. From my personal collection.

YEAR OF RELEASE: 1973.

CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX/EX. Vinyl is really clean with a deep dark sheen. Sits flat on turntable. Music is clean, clear, vibrant and loud throughout. Cover is in very clean condition and retains great shape. Fully legible spine.  It is firm and square and has minimal edge-wear, minimal cornerwear and negligible creasing. Touch of foxing to rear of sleeve. Very clean inside to gatefold. Delicate printed inner has no splits and creases to corners.  Very clean labels- no writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears.

GRADING SYSTEM: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades.
