COVER CONDITION:  VG+ or better. This Album looks great. It has no seam splits. Just a little curl at the lower right corner.

DISC CONDITION:  VG+ or better. Great Gloss! 

DETAILS:  I always remove the record from the Cover for shipment, to avoid damage, particularly split seams, to the Cover during shipment.
