A treat here for the Audiophile and the Pianophiles. 1976 Japanese White Label Test Press of Gyula Kiss, Budapest Symphony Orchestra under György Lehel -in the Mozart Piano Concerto No. 26 In D Major, K.537 "Coronation" & solo in the Piano Sonata No. 15 In K. Major K. 545. Although a star pupil of Magalof, he was a bit of a musicians musician, as he goes for transparency in performance, more true to the score than the type who imposes their own personality on the music. Hungaroton licensed the master tapes for this to King Records of Japan in 1976, of a celebrated pair of performances by Kiss as he had taken Japan by storm in a recital tour. He went on to spend a few years working there later on, obviously enjoying the memory of the adulation he had felt. Lehel was at this time the greatest living Hungarian conductor, and he pretty much had free rein to choose which soloists he preferred to record with, and chose the young Kiss back then in 1970. Near mint record and sleeve, intact OBI and audiophile quality near mint play grade. It's a bit of a jackpot having a barely played mint King with the OBI from 45 years ago, almost unheard of to find one that is the white label promo of it, as here. They are always the first off the presses for checking sound quality and sending out to the reviewers, so will always be sought after for that reason. I have a handful I am listing this week, in an audiophile list. Our ethos is to offer you best sounding analogue only pressings of vintage records. Here is another beauty of that type.  We offer massive postage subsidies to overseas buyers on multiple purchases. i.e £1 extra per lp to a maximum of £15, then no extra charge. We pack carefully in custom made hard card boxes. If the appearance or playgrade suggests it requires it, our records are cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid in distilled water.  This is already in a new heavy poly outer with antistatic inner added with outer sleeve and records all layered behind each other to prevent splits.
