Payment: 
All items must be paid for within 3 working days of the auction ending via PayPal. We reserve the right to relist items where this is not the case.  

We are unable to accept payment by card, cheque, postal order or cash. 

Postage: 
Specific postage requirements  
If you require Royal Mail Special Delivery for an item costing less than £50, please let us know via direct message within two hours of the end of the auction. We will ask you to cover additional postage costs via PayPal.  
Collect in person  
Items not collected within 5 working days will be refunded and relisted.   
International buyers  
If you are a buyer from outside the UK, please contact us prior to bidding to find out whether we can post to your country and if so, the costs of postage. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to sell to buyers outside the UK.  
Combined postage  
We will combine postage for two or more items if we are contacted within 2 hours of the auction end and prior to payment. We will advise you of the combined postage cost when you contact us. 

Returns: 
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return your order, please open a return request on eBay and one of our team will contact you. It is up to the buyer to cover the cost of returning an item to us. Items must be posted using a trackable method. A refund will only be issued once we have received the returned item(s). If the item is damaged or faulty then we will cover the return postage up to the value of the original postage.
