“Ocean Front Property” - The jacket is still having most of the shrink wrap on it. I did not listen to this album.  The vinyl is in nice condition with no surface marks. There is a hype sticker on the front

“Merry Christmas Strait at You” - The jacket has wear.  There is a sticker on the front with a personal message.  The spine has some damage; see picture.  The back has a promotion stamp.  I did not listen to this album.  The vinyl is in nice condition with no surface marks.

I ship with delivery confirmation. The seller’s responsibility ends when the item has been shipped. Items are shipped via media mail. I can combine shipping.  My mailers can fit up to 5 albums.  In that case, I increase the postage based upon weight.  If there are more records, I will need to use an additional mailer that will cost $.75 plus the additional weight of the records.
