Single was play tested through Focal Elegia's and it played as NM-/EX+, I numerically scored the audio a 91 and it sounded nearly perfect with only very very light surface noise (the drums hit so hard at the start of the A-side and it sounds wicked good). I am scoring the vinyl as excellent based on some very minor surface marks on the vinyl coupled with the test play.
The sleeve is EX as well. Like all the Japanese singles I've seen, it's not a sleeve per se, it's more of an insert that is literally paper thin and these things show every little crease, especially if you angle it a bit in light; you see everything. Straight on it looks almost NM- but on a close inspection you'll see minor issues, most noticeably a light crease within the bottom left section however overall this is in excellent overall condition. Scoring the sleeve numerically a 90 which is within the excellent range.
