Items are collected from our Tonge Moor Road shop, BL2 2HN. Please have your #---- number ready when collecting. Ebay office hours are 10am - 1pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.
Wednesday Night Auctions (items with a Z---- number):
Items are collected from our Bolton Hospice Furniture Plus shop, Unit 3, Morston Point, Bolton BL2 1HA. Please have your Z---- number ready when collecting. Opening hours are 10am - 4pm each day, 7 days per week. Collection must be arranged within 72 hours of the end of the auction, due to limited storage space available.
We will combine postage if you buy more than one item - contact us for a new invoice We do not accept offers or have a "buy it now" price for auction items Items listed as "collection only" will only be posted if agreed with us prior to the end of the auction. In this case, please do NOT pay for your item but request a new invoice once won. Ebay does not allow us to add postage onto a paid collection item. If this happens we will have to cancel your order & relist the item. We don't require a QR code when you collect your item, we will ask you to sign for it in-store. If you buy from both auctions, please get in touch & we will arrange for all your items to be sent to the Furniture Plus store for collection.
