Single was play tested through Focal Elegia's and it played as NM-, I numerically scored the audio a 95 sounding super quiet and nearly perfect with very light surface only.  I am scoring the vinyl as excellent based on some minor surface marks on the vinyl coupled with the test play (but it's as close to overall NM as can be).
The sleeve is EX as well. Like all the Japanese singles I've seen, it's not a sleeve per se, it's more of an insert that is literally paper thin and these things show every little crease, especially if you angle it a bit in light; you see everything.  Straight on it looks almost EX with a full crease in the middle, a couple of minor creases along with a couple of discolorations spots on the rear and overall this sleeve is very close to EX.  Scoring the sleeve numerically a 84 which I think is the top of the VG+ scale.
Single will be mailed in a cardboard mailer between cardboard with bubble wrap.  If you have any questions please let me know and thanks for looking!
