This is a mixed lot of (40) 45rpm (7” single) records from the 1960’s, some common and some unique ones.  They are all in good used condition, some better than others.  I picked these up at an estate sale, so they are from the same owner.  I’m not a collector but I do pick them up at sales when I can.  I am NOT qualified to grade the records, and I won’t because everyone has a difference of opinion.  I have not played them but there doesn’t appear to be any issues to affect play.  The previous owner liked to write either “fast” or “slow” in addition to his initials on one side of the record, so I tried to identify which ones.  You will be able to see what I’m talking about when you look at the pictures.  This lot includes:
