Condition Description:   In perfect working order and good overall condition - item has been fully tested, it is fully operational and it functions as intended.
As the photos show, the item has some signs of cosmetic wear.
The sleeve has some light signs of wear. 
The disks are largely in good condition, however, there are marks to one of the disks. We can't tell what this is but it is over large areas of one disk. We have tried to photograph this mark, however, this has proven quite difficult as the mark is quite faint and is more noticeable to the human eye.
