LP CONDITION:  This heavy vinyl pressing is VG or better, with some minor surface rubs and scratches. 

COVER CONDITION:  This single pocket Cover is VG+ or better and has no Seam Splits or other issues, other than some minor corner bumping. 

DETAILS:  I always remove the record from the Cover for shipment, to avoid damage, particularly split seams, to the Cover during shipment.
