Husker Du's 12"/45rpm ep Everything Falls Apart original press on Reflex Records, 1982. Blue label / Black label.
Cover shows wear: slight scuffs, bumps, creases; though no tears, splits, or writing. Vinyl shows some scratches, none deep, some can be heard as ticks especially in the quiets, like, between Sunshine Superman and Signal From Above. With insert for Rifle Sport.* See all photos.
This is my original copy, bought from Reflex Records mail order back in the day; I am the only owner. I would guess the Rifle Sport poster was a mistake when they were packing it up as this never came with what I see, in online research, was an insert supposed to accompany this record.
