An exciting and rare 1967 US garage album from
COUNTRY JOE & THE FISH on the original tan VANGUARD label as issued in the US.
The album doesn't disappoint, as every tune is raw, enigmatic and at no point derivative.
This was about the time some super psychedelia was being produced in the States from such bands as Love, Kaleidoscope, Steve Miller Band and Jefferson Airplane.
This US STEREO LP is special and an essential album of garage rock recordings, the band were excellent and out on their own with the San Francisco protest songs.
CONDITION;
The VINYL grades EXCELLENT, a very nice copy of this disc.
Labels are NEAR MINT, no stickers, pen or tears.
The FULLY LAMINATED COVER (export edition) is VG+ to ++.
A little damage tear from a removed sticker.
