Sleeve - some wear around edge but that’s all. Couple of pen marks on rear shown in pics. Overall sleeve is VG-
Vinyl - Quite a few light marks and surface scratches. I have just played it through. There is a little crackle between tracks and about 3 clicks or pops. Overall I would grade G+ to look at and VG to play. Sounds wonderful with the deep bass and coherent sound you would hope for from an original pressing
This is basically the best copy of this 54 year old record you are ever likely to hear.
