Condition: Sleeve: VG (Surface wear and marks on the front. Some wear in places on the edges.)
RCA Inner sleeve has some wear/damage in one corner. No splits along the edges.
Vinyl: EX (A few very light surface marks, plays well.)

The gradings i use are MINT (M) / NEAR MINT (NM)  / EXCELLENT (EX)  / VERY GOOD (VG)  / GOOD (G)  / FAIR (F)
I only ever use MINT for new (unplayed) or sealed items.
