This deluxe version features the 'Blind, Deaf & Bleeding' 1980's punk covers EP on the second disc with etched D side
Released by Relapse Records in 2012.
Presented in a spot-varnished gatefold outer sleeve with white paper inner sleeves.
900 copies pressed and issued in gatefold sleeve, includes etching on
side D and booklet with the short story "The Atheist." Front cover has
"Book Burner" foil stamped over the artwork. Vinyl is dark transparent
blue when held up to light.
Played once or twice. Near mint condition.
