The record itself is in great shape with only some very light surface marks. The jacket is in decent shape with some visible wear, some corner wear, and a small piece of the jacket is peeling off near the top opening (about 1” long as visible in the pictures). The printed insert is in good shape with a small tear on the bottom corner (visible in the pictures).
