Stone Temple Pilots - Purple Vinyl LP. Original 1994 First US Pressing on Translucent Purple Vinyl.
Insert is in great condition with minimal signs of any wear. Jacket shows some light signs of wear but nothing major. There are a couple of small light creases and minimal corner wear. Overall, the jacket is in very nice shape. See video and photos to get a good idea about the jacket's condition.
The vinyl has only been played a handful of times. Labels and vinyl are in excellent condition. Minimal surface marks on the vinyl.
I did a full album complete PLAY TEST on a high end Technics SL-1200MK7 turntable. All turntables/needles (stylus) may sound/play differently but this should give you the most accurate idea of the audio quality.
Side 1 - The audio quality is excellent. There are couple of spots with some very light "crackling" (surface noise) between tracks. I noticed two light pops on track 4 and a little pop at the end of track 6 during the outro. These could just be due to a little bit of dust from prolonged storage, but not sure. They aren't very significant but I try to be as thorough as I possibly can.
Side 2 - The audio quality is excellent. There is a very light bit of "crackle" during the soft/quiet intros on tracks 2 and 4 that is not very noticeable.
Both sides play all the way through with no skipping.
