From my PERSONAL Collection - bought used, and just played on my new Denon turntable.
Yeah - I was big into Quad in the day - had the top of the line JVC receiver, four Advents and two turntables - one just for quad - and a quad tape deck...
I rate/price these LPs on sound mostly - then cover, inserts, LP sleeve, etc. I care about the sound the most.
I've cleaned these LPs with my discwasher and Zerostat - if you need more than that, you have some dirty LPs!
I'll be listing my entire Quad Collection (about 100), as I record them - some fairly rare ones in the mix...  Look out occasionally for new listings.

Original 1974 US LP on Columbia RECORDS SANTANA  "Welcome" PCQ 32445
This is a QUADRAPHONIC pressing SQ LP still has the original QUADRAPHONIC OBI. With original embossed sleeve artwork with Gold labels. Includes: Love Devotion & Surrender, Going Home (arranged by ALICE COLTRANE), etc. Jacket is in poor condition (has stains and wear but as mentioned has the elusive OBI, which is taped with black tape to sleeve). 
VG, both sides - minor marks. Jacket in poor condition (has seen better days) - see photos. I don't think this is the original LP sleeve. I will note any issues I heard below:
Side #1: Light surface noise throughout. Short pops here and there. Very hearable on the last track - "Yours is the Light". Side #2: Surface noise here and there. Noticeable pops on "Light of Life" and "Flame - Sky".
A better cleaning may clear up some of the low-level noise. Out of all the LPs  have, this once could benefit from a good cleaning and some click/pop remover software.

Records have been cleaned, sleeved, play tested and protected in an outer sleeve. I pack carefully and ship in a new or used, but in good shape, LP mailer with the LP outside the sleeve. 

The record play through fine - NO SKIPS!
