Album is sealed, new from old stock! Vinyl is presumed mint.  Jacket has corner bumps due to storage and there is also some noticeable wear due to storage. There are also some noticeable creases on the binds.  There is a bit of ring wear due to storage.  The factory seal has a small tear on the lower left corner.  Please review all photos.  Has the original hype sticker and the original price sticker is on the back of the jacket.

Mt = Mint. Perfect and in sealed, original shrink-wrap/packaging. I use this grade rarely, if ever.
NrMt = Near Mint. As close to perfect as you can get, no visible scuffs/scratches. Played only a couple times, at most.
EX+ = Excellent +. Vinyl may have 1 or 2, if any, minor surface scuffs, but certainly no scratches. Label has no evidence of wear, no writing and sharp coloring. Jacket has no seam splits, no creases, clean edges/corners, no ring-wear, no writing.
EX = Excellent. Vinyl has only a couple minor surface scuffs, but certainly no scratches. Label has very slight evidence of wear, no writing and sharp coloring. Jacket has no seam splits, no creases, very minor chipping at edges/corners, very minor ring-wear, no writing.
