This is a very good original U.K. pressing copy of a 1986 double LP by U.K. group This Mortal Coil.  This Mortal Coil was a collaborative enterprise made up of members from various groups who recorded for the 4AD label.  Like their debut, this LP features radically overhauled cover versions of songs by different artists (Tim Buckley, Van Morrison, Pearls Before Swine mastermind Tom Rapp, and others), as well as songs by the participants and other 4AD artists.  The standard jacket has two notable flaws: warping and light staining (presumably from water) and substantial creasing in two corners on the back cover (see photo for example).  It also has some creasing elsewhere along the spine and seams (VG).  The discs are clean with a little light scuffing, and they play with light surface noise in most tracks (VG+).  The record comes with custom inner sleeves (VG: rippling, creasing, and wear from water, but no splits).

I’m helping a friend sell his personal collection. I have play graded (spot checked) discs. The jackets will be shipped in plastic sleeves with the discs removed from them.
