 Vinyl was play tested through Focal Elegia's and it played as EX with the cumulative play a 91 with grades ranging from an 88 to a 93. The primary issue is the degree of surface noise in really quiet section (which much of the soundtrack is, particularly A3-A5 along with B3 and B4) however the other tracks are more along the lines of EX+/NM-. Plus Yub Nub goes right into the credits like it's 1983 all over again, almost 40 years ago to the date, and both tracks sound wicked good.  A visual inspection does reveal some super faint lines and almost looks NM- however based on the play the vinyl is scored as EX. 
The sleeve is scored as EX and is about as close to NM- as can be.  There is a 4mm crease on the bottom right corner along with super light wear on the other corners.  Beyond that on certain angles on the front cover (it is glossy) you can see some 'smudge' marks (maybe fingers prints or something along that line).  You have to look for these things and straight on you won't see a thing. There is no OBI. The inserts show only light wear.  Numerically, the sleeve is a 93. Album will be mailed in a cardboard mailer between cardboard with bubble wrap.  If you have any questions please let me know and thanks for looking!
